Hi, I'm writing this at like 1 in the morning, I got a new xbox and I'm catching up on three years of amazing games releases. Just finished Gears of War 2. Now I just have to take care of COD: MW2, COD:Black Ops, Mass effect 1 and 2, assassins creed 2, brotherhood and revelations, portal, halo reach, gears of war 3...... this could take a while :P Fortunately I have a friend who'll lend me them all, no way I could afford all of them.
I kinda forgot to answer the question last week. I think I'd like to have something like the 6 million dollar man but more modern, or like inspector gadget. Ooooh, I like the idea of having an itouch in the palm of my hand. Although these are all just robotics things.....
I'm finished the great gatsby and I really enjoyed reading it. I've started into a new book I got for free called The Alchemyst and it seems so crap by comparison, but then again it's not really fair to be comparing any book to Gatsby.
My calculus test went fine, I'm off for two weeks holidays now. I'm working on the farm at home for most of this week and then next week, I'm going on a road trip with my friends to galway, it should be really good fun. I can't wait, I've never been to Galway before, a lot of my friends are in college there now, it'll be nice to see them.
Something that occured to me. Do many of you use like local expressions or phrases? Like, I was just writing that paragraph above and I was going to write "It'll be great craic" (pronounced crack) and I thought "That's not an internationally recognised expression". Also, I know a friend who got into trouble in america saying he'd had good craic at a party. Craic is an irish word for fun/banter, there's no direct translation, but it's basically fun.
Also, I don't know if I mentioned it but I'm trying to read 50 books in a year, so any recommendations are welcomed.
DFTBA
Adam
P.S. Could people possibly put their names at the end of their posts, sometimes I get confustered trying to remember what day it is and whose day is which.
