Recently I went to see Transformers 3 with some of my brothers. It was definitely better than the last one but then again, saying that this film was better then the last one is like saying that getting your finger chopped off is better than your entire arm. Usually when I watch a film I have a few things things that I look out for, like good plot, interesting character development, decent acting, a coherent plot line. But this film seemed to lack most (if not all) of these aspects. Based on those points, the film was terrible. But then I remembered that this was a Michael Bay film. His usual films involve lots of explosions, women whose sole purpose in the film is to be Michael Bay's personal Barbie dolls, crap loads of action, explosions, giant robots beating the crap out of each other and explosions. With this in mind I saw it a second time and thought that it was FREAKING AMAZING!
The visuals were awesome, the special effects are some of the best that I have ever seen. Not only that but it has two of my favorite actors in it, Hugo Weaving and Leonard Nemoy. However, I really do hate the person they got replace Megan Fox in this one. She was just absolutely terrible, I cringed every time she spoke. So if you are going to watch the Transformers film don't expect anything deep or thought provoking , just go along for the action. So anyway, what are your guys thoughts on the movie (if you have seen it)?
DFTBA
It had Leonard Nemoy? I was avoiding watching it, because I was told it was awful, but I think I'll see it now. I worship the ground he walks on.
