Hello, my name is Kayla and I'll be writing on Fridays. I'm not a morning person though so don't expect my post too early in the day, especially now that it's summer.
Like Deidra I also live in a small town in northern Ontario. It's only a half hour drive from Deidra's town and we go to the same highschool. We're really good friends and the only nerdfighters that we know of in our small community.
I first made a youtube account because I was watching a bunch of anime and wanted to keep track of it by favouriting it and stuff. I eventually moved on to other videos and my older sister was the one who introduced Charlie to me. From there I just started watching more videos and it wasn't until after Deidra made an account on the Ning that I did as well. (I was the friend that showed Deidra the videos.)
I really like to draw and read whenever I have time. I also like anime and manga even though I don't speak or understand Japanese (I really wish I could). I like to take pictures of bugs up close because I find them really interesting. Also I have a pet tabby cat named Daisy that's maybe 13 years old now and I love her to death even though she's so old and fat and lazy. Do you guys have any pets?
Some bands I like are Marianas Trench, Metric, The Postal Service, Greg Laswell, Green Day and Evanescence. And for Deidra I'd have to say unicorns, definitely ninjas, green and June 1.
Anyways that's about it for me. I'm travelling a bit today so I must go pack! DFTBA!
