Porridge is awesome, it's late at night and it's one of the few things that's keeping me going right now. Up untill this point I believe that I have behaved like a bit of antisocial prick because I haven't really responded or mentioned anyone else's post's, nor have I answered any of the questions that anyone has asked. I seek to rectify this.
First, Kira I honestly have no idea of what Granola bars are (in fact I'm not even sure if I can get them in my country) but if they are as awesome as you say they are, if I ever see one I'll be sure to try it (so long as you promise to try some homemade porridge with cream and brown sugar. Trust me, it's amazing). And I also find Maths boring, precisely why I'm not taking it next year.
Kate, I hadn't heard of Stickaid before this weekend. It sounded pretty awesome so I think I will do it next year, I don't really know why I've never heard of it. Some of my friends were doing it though, also it's good to hear that you stayed up for the whole 24 hours, I don't know if I could have done it.
Katie, in response to your world power question from last week (I'm a bit late I know), well it's an interesting question to ask because where you come from would influence it a great deal. I would have to say America because they seem to have the farthest reaching influence. They seem to affect the most cultures around the world (I'm sorry I can't go in depth more but it is really late). Also sorry about your cold :(
Adam, I hope your song goes well. I personally have no musical talent whatsoever so I hope that your song goes well. The longest drive I have ever done is about five hours, not very long compared to the rest of you guys I know, but in a about 10 or so hours I can drive the entire length of my country. So driving any longer than that is incomprehensible to someone like me and I can't believe that John drove for 14 days! I didn't even realize that it was possible to drive for that long without running out of road! Also I'm not really a big fan of travel because New Zealand is an extremely hilly country, making long distance difficult and incredibly easy to get car sick on. Also, when the Irish rugby team beat Australia , you have no idea how many people in my country were cheering that night.
Kayla, I love your pictures of Oshawott and Snivy (in fact, I picked Oshawott when I first started). Thanks for your recommendation of Castle in the sky, I loved the other films the Studio Ghibli have done (especially Howls Moving Castle). To you I would like to make my own recommendation, but it's more for a series than a film. It's a series called Code Geass, it's kinda like a combination of Gundam with Death Note (it's better than it sounds).
Deidra, thanks for setting your clock to New Zealand time. It will probably screw over your entire schedule but thanks anyway :) I enjoy your long posts so don't worry about making them too long, their a lot longer than mine usually are I wish I could write my posts that long. I'm sorry about the horrible weather and I'm glad that someone other than me hates Maths, I'm absolutely horrible at it.
So, I need to go to bed now so I can get up for school tomorrow. So have an awesome week guys
DFTBA
hope you don't mind, but I changed the colour of your writing, half of it was black and the background is black. If it was intentional I can change it back, but I'm assuming its cause you were tired :P
