Hi, guys! I'm going to answer a few posts before I become all mopey, so here goes...
Porridge. I like porridge. Brown sugar...I've never actually tried it with brown sugar. Thanks for the suggestion, Campion!
Katie, I absolutely love most classics, especially the Odyssey. I'm usually wary of saying that - I hate sounding pretentious, but whatever. It probably sounds more pretentious to admit that I actually have a shelf of collector's edition classics on my shelf.
Kate, the Heroes of Olympus annoys me too. The whole series does, but I'm not going to rant. I'm going to stay calm, because I don't want to take up four pages. Hope you do well on your exams. ;)
Mope-fest time!
So, okay. You guys know I'm from Canada and that I just moved to the U.S, right? Technically speaking, I'm an American citizen - I was born here. But to me, I'm Canadian - I was raised there. Most of my life was spent there. It contains the one place that I really call home. And I miss it, so freaking much.
I'm in an IB school here - I'm in dumb people math - Math 2 - , unlike most of my friends; I'm Canadian, so I'm insanely ahead in French; and I support the rival country in sports events - eg, the Olympics in general. I don't belong here. In addition, to add insult to injury, my band director wanted me to switch from the flute - which I can actually play - to the bassoon, which is almost as big as me. I hate it.
I hope you don't mind me complaining so much. I just really miss Ontario. If one of the people from Canada here can take a picture of something outside for me, I'd love you forever. (smiles hopefully)
