The semester is finally over, and now exams are starting. Thankfully, I only have 2 to write, since I had a major research essay for my history class instead of an exam (which I stupidly left until the last couple days and had to mad rush to get it done). They shouldn't be too difficult, as Biology was fairly straightforward and I understood mostly everything, and I am usually pretty good with English. After that, I will have 5 days of nothingness until I have to go back and start semester two.
During the exam period and days after until I go back, I am caring for a few of the surviving plants from our gardening club. Most of them didn't survive over Christmas break (our teacher does not have a green thumb), and have been getting wilty and dead since then. I plan on hopefully being able to fix the ones that are still alive and make them awesome for when I bring them back. (Just because I like to brag about this, my plant is the tallest one, and the only one that never went into a near-death stage.) So Operation Plant Overhaul begins with these:
... which were the only living things we had left. Trust me, they look worse in real like than the picture makes it seem. Unfortunately, the one in the middle is Kayla's. But I have faith that I can make it look, at least a teensy bit, like the one on the right, which is mine.
I hope seeing S Club 7 was a fun night for you, Adam. I used to listen to a bit of their stuff when I was younger, but not much and not for long. I've never really been a big music-y person. Also, I'm glad that you will be able to write more now that you and Katie have switched. I didn't think it would out so perfectly.
Katie, are you left-handed or not? From the context of the conversation I gather that you aren't, but I am not quite sure. I am, by the way, left-handed that is. It isn't a disease, of course, but there is a lot of strange speculations that go along with left-handedness. Apparently left-handed people die an average of 7 years earlier than right-handed people. Also, there is this twin theory that some people believe, where left-handed individuals were originally part of an identical twin pair, with the right-handed twin fetus failing to develop early in development. Just a neat tidbit of information.
And now I am tired because I have been staying up late every night this week to either get homework done or to read or just because I'm weird and my brain doesn't let me sleep. Too much on my mind, I guess. I hope you all have a good, relaxing weekend. Don't forget to be awesome!
P.S - This is our 200th post.
