Hey everyone. I've been having a busy week helping out at the day camp everyday and not being able to sleep in. I plan on sleeping as long as possible tomorrow to make up for it.
I have to pack up most of the rest of my stuff for uni sometime this weekend. I won't be going down for a while yet but my parents want it done now I guess. It'll be interesting to see how much I actually have to take (hopefully not super lots).
I've been watching as much of the Olympics as I can. I really don't care much for watching sports except for during the summer and winter Olympics (though I also prefer the winter ones over summer). My favourite events to watch in the summer ones are diving, gymnastics, and some track stuff like high jump usually. But all of it is cool to watch, everyone is just so talented. I'm pretty all over the place in terms of cheering. 100% for Canada if we're involved, but other than that basically it just depends on various random factors and my mood. I'm pretty much guaranteed to have cheered for every country at least once by the end.
Ah Kate The Hobbit is an amazing book, I hope you enjoy reading it. Personally, it was my favourite over the trilogy for The Lord of the Rings. Bilbo was just so entertaining to read about. And I don't know what it was but I just loved the whole dynamics of the story.
I don't really follow any kids series Kira, but I do have some books that I think are from the 9-12 y/o section in the book store and I still enjoy them. I'm usually semi embarrassed about the fact, but whatever I like the stories so who really cares.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAMPION!!!!! Hope you have a fantastic day filming or going to the ball or whatever ends up happening.
Deidra you pretty much know my answer to this already, but I'll say it for everyone else. I love to draw mostly with pencil or pen. Occasionally I'll use other stuff like pastels and whatnot. I don't paint that often, but I'd like to change that. I like water colour, acrylics are so-so and I really want to try out oil paints. I also write, but I rarely finish. Though I enjoy and finish poetry.
DFTBA
Kayla
