I Choose You

    Since I have an assignment to do tonight I am going to post now. The assignment will only take me maybe an hour tops, but I like to procrastinate and relax and hang out in the evenings. And I have to leave for class at 5:15 so this is probably going to be short.

     Adam, I live pretty far north in Ontario, far from cities. Thunder Bay doesn't put out much pollution so I can almost always see the stars. I really need to just take one night/evening to go out and enjoy them. It is something that I really do love to do.

     Not much has went on for me this week. I handed in my formal paper for my literature class, which was the biggest pressure that I was facing. Five pages on love sonnets. Not my favourite topic, but I think I did pretty well. The semester is closing down pretty quickly, and exams will be soon. Thankfully I only have two. And one is technically a midterm, since it is a full year course. I do have some more assignments, a seminar, and a test or two before then. All in time. Bleh.

     This weekend is going to be a good one, I think. Saturday my house plays soccer, and we are hoping to make it into the finals with this one. We have a good chance too, I believe. Thankfully it doesn't just depend of wins and points, but also heavily relies on team spirit and getting people to go out and even just cheer. My house is good at that. We always cheer. 

     On Sunday we are going out to breakfast with everyone to the Hoito, which is a Finnish restaurant here that has amazing food. I am very excited. Then I am going to participate in a Pokemon Stadium tournament, which I am even more excited for. I played for the first time last night, and it's really fun. I'm hoping to win at least one battle. All of this means that I have to have my homework and studying under check. C'est la vie.

     Anyway, must go and get ready for class. Also, I am fairly certain my snail is dead. He hasn't moved from one spot in three or four days. Boo. I am sad about that. Pierre was an awesome snail. Well, don't forget to be awesome and have a good weekend!
